Bad Points

the floor attatchment is too flimsy and doesnt pick up any dirt due to the fact it doesnt have brushes and limited area for the dirt to be collected up (basically just two little holes that dont cover the width of the attatchment).

the stair hose falls out after two strokes and has a curve that is supposed to make it easier for the corners but i personally think adds to the fact that it pushes the hose attatchment away from the hose pipe.

way two flimsy and breakable for a dyson. I personally cant see it lasting a year let alone the 5 years its guarnted for


General Comments

i would never ever ever recommend the Dyson DC19 in fact i have suggested to dyson themselves that they serious consider the major flaws in this design and do not repeat them.
