Good Points

Design and insulation qualities.


Bad Points

Customer ' s services or lack of it, paintwork very poor, fixing used is of the budget variety.


General Comments

Bellway are very quick to take your money and promise you the ultimate moving experience. They have a customer charter; I only wish they abided by a fraction of what they promise in it. The moment you require work carried out, under two year warranty, and are when the problems start. We have been in a new estate for 6 months and we and the neighbours faults are raising. Would recommend professional snagger before buying.
