Good product. Fitters did a very good job - quick & clean.
Bad Points
Very, very short sighted company when it comes to customer service.
General Comments
This is the second time I have used Perect Glazing Ltd. Was very happy with their product & fitters on both occasions. First salesman was excellent, second salesman not so good.
WORD OF WARNING, after spending several thousand pounds with Perfect Glazing, we recommended them to a friend a week after our installation. He placed an order giving our name and address as recommendees and then had full double glazing installed. However, because we did not fill in a postcard to recommend, we have been refused our £50 incentive. I am still waiting for the courtesy of a reply to my email which I sent 2 weeks ago - I won't hold my breath.
