General Comments

Activities are divided into four categories - aerobic, yoga, muscle and balance. You unlock more activities as you spend more time on the Wii Fit.
The muscle and yoga ones are straightforward stretches and exercises, but with the advantage of being able to see how your balance changes and having it demonstrated to you. However, once you're used to doing the exercises, the constant instructions and tips of your on-screen trainer can get annoying.
Its mainly the balance games that are the fun side of the Wii Fit, with tightrope walking, a penguin catching fish, ski jumping etc.
Aerobic activities are step routines, jogging (with several distances and you can follow the dogs instead of the trainers to vary your on-screen route), and hula hooping.
There's also the body test which you're meant to take every day. It weighs you, calculates your BMI and helps you to set a target (e.g. gain 1 Ib in 2 weeks).
Overall the Wii Fit is a fun way to exercise, but after a while you inevitably get a bit bored of doing the same things. Plus, most of the activities will probably help you to tone and stretch, but only the jogging will really get your heart pumping faster, so you're unlikely to get in really good shape.
