Bargains to be had


Bad Points

Staff are Rude, dismissive and unhelpful to the TK MAXX
Returns policy has a ridiculously short time period, especially if you work all week and can only take stuff back at weekends.
NEVER buy underwear as they will not Refund Or Exchange FOR ANY REASON and you cannot try it on.


General Comments

TK Maxx is probably the place I spend the most money - great bargains.

However, if you ever have to return stuff you discover a whole different side to the company, a nd this isn't limited to any one shop, it seems to be a standard policy of rudeness and dismissiveness.

Customer service after you buy is shockingly bad and new rules for returns (Must be within 14 days and ONLY with receipt) and for underwear NO RETURNSOR REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON (despite the fact that the signs clearly say you are NOT allowed to try on Underwear!!) are solely to benefit the company and inconvenience the shopper.

In TK MAXX the customer is always trying to Rob them and should be treated as such when returning items. Personally, no matter hopw many times the smug staff tell you the policy and repeat it over and over, it surely cannot be worth the amount of bad customer feeling they are causing and poor reviews like the others on this site. No one on this thread has given TK MAXX the thumbs up for any customer problems - positive reviews are simply saying what a bargain they've found.

BUYERS BEWARE - this is the lowest customer service I've ever experienced.
