Bad Points

I would not recommend this company, the customer service team was unhelpful, it took ages to get through on the phone and they certainly don't offer high quality products which their website seems to indicate.


General Comments

This simply garden furniture is obviously NOT built to last as I have discovered. I ordered an oval table and 6 chairs in March 2008. The furniture seemed ok, with no damage at the time of delivey. Having treated the furniture and then using the table only about half a dozen times due to the poor Summer last year, we stored it away in our garden shed for the Winter. Upon re-assembling the table in April of this year, the two legs split at the point of where the brackets sit and is now completely unuseable. We contacted kybotech and they have wiped their hands of the matter and advised that as we are out of the 12 month warranty period they are unable to help. Upon complaining about this product by email and in writing, the company came back with the same response and said I could contact their sales team to purchase new parts - I don't think I'll bother.
