Poor customer service, unreasonable charges, difficult to talk to an advisor
General Comments
I went overdrawn by £1.36 for less than 24 hours with barclays bank and was charged £22, which they flatly refused to refund. I admit I was at fault, but the amount of charge is far too high, I have since moved banks because of their poor service
