Bad Points

Website doesn't have company address published anywhere (that's against the law that is!)
Most links for 'contact us' and 'about us' are 404 from the main page.
They do NOT publish a phone number to get in touch and even when you DO find it a mile down the small print, it's constantly engaged.
Customer service is non existent.
Still (two weeks on) and no word of a refund.


General Comments

Hired two cars from fastcarhire.co.uk and was billed £200 too much on the first one. Emailed company and private messaged them with no result. Sent a fax and also tried to call (their 'emergency number' is constantly engaged) all to no avail.

Cancelled both bookings and will seek a refund through my credit card company as STILL no one has gotten back to me and they are currently holding £800 of my money!

Please avoid this company and go with ANY other car hire company!!
