I ordered £74.93 worth of goods from Ideal World which i never received. 55 days and 14 phone calls later to there jokingly called "customer care"team I am still no closer to getting my money back.
They are an ok company when things go right,but a nightmare if you have the smallest problem.
I have tried to give a 0 STAR RATING but as this is not possible,I apologiese for the over generous 1star.

    I found this review very helpful because I had the same problem. I contacted Consumer Direct who advised me who to write to and how to phrase my letter. Finally got my phone call costs and postage costs back after a previous 6 months of trying. Give it a go...
