Good Points

Excellent development team technical skills. Calm and composure in the face of difficult challenges and the sometimes tough requirements I set. Customer care in the forefront and a clear willingness to reach best quality. Sales and support in the UK were perfect, proposing solutions when the going got tough. This project was quite an adventure, working across borders via the UK, France and India and everyone involved on the WebCuk side showed much tolerance and skill in managing to make the communication work. Well done and many thanks.

Bad Points

A lack of clear roles and process: who does what, how, why and when. I think a customer "welcome pack" would be a good and reassuring idea outlining the above. Initial communication probs between several countries, which then ran very smoothly once ties were made. Some initial misunderstandings due to technical language being used which doesn't have much meaning for a non-technical client! Quite a largely overstepped deadline, but well worth the wait!

General Comments

Quite a difficult or perhaps different challenge for the Webcreationuk development team to take up and win. The MLB site combines a complexity of features and functionalities which the team, Rahul Patel in particular, really got to grips with in a very professional way. Excellent development skills - nothing seems to be beyond their capacities. Exemplary perseverence and ability to adapt as the site parameters and scope changed along the project. Project deadline somewhat overstepped showing a gap between "the dream" the sales team propose and the reality of the hard work involved for the development team.
