General Comments
Barclays Bank lies to you - never follow up on a exsisting querry you may have - pass the buck - poor customer service skills - more importantly you pay money into their bank in which they provide absolutely zero service for it!!
The one good thing is that if you can get past the mine field of customer service representives that know absolutely nothing and reach a manager in the /customer service/complaints dept- They are very good in dealing with your problem/complaint. - Just a shame that the managment skills they have accrued could not be pass down to the staff that really need it !!
