Bad Points
If you want to be really fussy mattress does smell a little when you first get it, but doesnt last long.

What can I say that hasnt already been said - fantastic !
I bought a single mattress for my daughter (she is 18), who had been complaining of a bad back and not being able to sleep very well. I was a little apprehansive with teenagers being so fusy - but I needn't have been, after her first night on her new ergoflex mattress her comments where
'Idint like that new mattress' my heart sank, she smilled and said 'its far too comfortable, I dont want to get out of bed'.
the customer service was next to none, the order process, information on state of the order and delivery where brilliant. I just cant wait until I can justify buying my self a new mattress.
