Good Points

One of the things that really stand out about this hotel is the level of service. The staff are always on the ball and ready to help while maintaning a friendly, competent service. - The food provided in the resturaunt gives you a real taste of Turkish Quisine, and the selection is absolutely mouth-watering (so long as you have an open mind about food). The waiters DO seem to be a bit like Ninjas, and sometimes gave me a shock, as they move so quickly to take your empty plates and cutlery away. - Rooms are very clean and cosy. Standard twin rooms meet all of your basic needs (and a bit more). All rooms are provided with a hairdryer, so that does save you some room in your suitcase. :) - Maid service is available 7 days a week, all you have to do is stick the sign out for either "Cleaning Required" or "Do Not Disturb". - The hotel offers a free dolmus bus to Olu Deniz Beach, and a very wide range of fantastic excursions which are really worth going for (you will find places in Hisaronu, Fethiye and Olu Deniz that offer similar excursions cheaper, but for things like mud baths and boat trips, it's worth paying the extra bit of money through your operator, as you don't always get everything you've paid for with the cheaper alternatives). - The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and has an ideal setting as it is set at equal short distances from Olu Deniz, Fethiye, and Hisaronu. - All staff are EXTREMELY friendly. Experience of a lifetime. - WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK. :)

Bad Points

The hotel has a beautiful setting, but probably NOT the best place for those with walking difficulties, as it is set on a hill.

General Comments

(Stayed from 02/05/09 - 16/05/09) - This was our first stay at the Greenland Hotel, and I can honestly say that I was absolutely blown away the minute I looked out the window as we arrived on the coach.
A lovely Gentleman was outside to meet us and took our luggage to reception (You then get the same service to escort you to your front door, so that you're not walking around aimlessly the first day, trying to find where you're meant to be).
It's REALLY worth going to your welcome meeting, as the hotel offers a fantastic range of excursions, and this is the best place to find out about them, and get any questions you have, answered. - REALLY reccomend the Turkish Baths (The experience is absolutely LUSH). And if you're a bit more adventurous, I would also reccomend the Dalyan Mud-Baths (Trust me, this is something you'll never forget!).
The hotel entertainment can sometimes be a little cheesey, but the poor entertainment team are running from 9am - 1am the next day (sometimes, even 4am, as they take guests out of the hotel on the dolmus bus to experience Hisaronu's night life). But they really are the life and soul of the hotel, and do everything they can to keep everybody happy. - The nights out with the team are a laugh aswell. You'd be suprised at how well some of the barmen can dance. :)
Also reccomended,
