The lights never went out once in the 8 weeks I was with them.
Bad Points
Prices horrendous, customer service pitiful. Court warning notice received a couple of days after I rang to query the incorrect bill.
General Comments
Avoid scottish power like the plague unless you like paying silly prices for rubbish service.
