Good Points

Fast warm-up.
Good for a range of fabrics.
Comfortable to use.


Bad Points

After about 14 months the iron has started to 'leak' around the handle. I am not sure about the source but I suspect that condensation in the sole plate is seeping out the side.


General Comments

We have had this Bosch TDA8339GB iron for about two years now. It is quite robust and the add-on sole plate cover does a good job when ironing fabrics that could go shiny. It produces a good quantity of steam and the spray button has not required cleaning - this was a problem with other irons we have owned.
