Good Points

as much as i try i can fine no good points avoid this company or it will cost you in the long run if you ever try to leave them


Bad Points

costumer service thats a joke i asked to speak to their complaints department or someboby more senior before they decide to have me black listed to be told i could not as i would only be told you owe us £35.00.


General Comments

you pay for the product and then i am sure they slow the system down so you up grade.
now with talk talk after giving orange a months notice .after 5 months they are now chasing me for outstanding monies as i have not paid my bill for months. you try telling them thats because you gave them a months notice and since january you have been with another company. and basically they said thats not there problem i owe them for services provided when i asked do you walk into a shop buy nothing and then go to the counter to pay £35.00 quid for buying nothing again i was told you owe us £35.00
