Inaccurate information and higher prices than those available on actual airline websites.


General Comments

Avoid booking flights with this company. I recently wanted to book return flights from London to Hong Kong and used Expedia. They quoted prices from Virgin ( £470) and Cathay Pacific ( £750) and also declared that there were no direct flights available with British Airways on the dates that I requested. However, being a financially cautious Scot and out of curiosity, I double checked with the above three airlines' own booking websites and discovered that I could fly on the exact dates and approximately on the same flights as those quoted by Expedia for less money. Virgin ( £437, exact same flights). Cathay Pacific ( £506, although the flight time of the outward leg was slightly earlier). A direct flight with British Airways on the requested dates ( £487).
So, never totally believe what you read on this website and never accept that you are getting the best possible prices.
