havin had other hotpoint fridge freezers in the past i thought that this FF200EG model, frost free would compliment my other graphite hotpoint products. now after just under 2 years it has developed a fault. the fridge is warm and the freezer too frozen!!!!!!!! reading others blogs i now realise that this must be a common fault in this model. Y were they not recalled when so many people began to complain about the same problem?????????? I am fed up with warm, gone off food every time I think it is working again, only to find that it has ruined my produce. Very disappointed in this prodct.
