Bad Points
Impossible website when trying to book from Spain
General Comments
When trying to book a flight from Malaga to Manchester on 30th May with Thompson Fly I was required to complete the name and address of the lead passenger which was obligatory, I completed the street, town and postcode of my home here in Spain but when I was asked to enter the country and use the drop down list Spain was not shown although many minor countries were, there was way I could enter Spain and so could not complete the booking and so went to Monarch. Thomson must lose business due to this poor website, especially as it is virtually impossible to contact a human being on the phone. Do they really exists ?
