Good Points
The hotel we stayed at was great and the 3rd party carrier that they transferred our return flight to was also professional and well run. We loved everything that was not run by Thomas Cook directly.
Bad Points
Everything that Thomas Cook did themselves! Could not organise a social occasion in a brewery. We were consistently mis-informed (that's a polite way of saying I believe we were lied to.....), all they seemed to be concerned with was selling me a £2 cup of tea on the plane! Their staff were useless, seemed to me badly trained from airport to plane, no-one really seemed to care and at the first sign of a problem they all disappeared into the woodwork! To add to this, I can't event find a way of contacting them to complain. How rubbish is that?
General Comments
What a shambles. Having just been on Holiday with Thomas Cook, I have to say that their standards have declined significantly in the last few years.
