How hard would it be for the company to have an easily read advisement about regions on their dvd description page?
It just leads me to believe that they want to just rake in money with no concern for integrity or their customers.


General Comments

I ordered a dvd from them not knowing they are not in the US exclusively. Not only do I think they sent a dvd of My Dinner With Andre but when I went to play it something came up as Wrong Region. I emailed them and was told that I need to be sure of the region when I order from them.
There was no information on the description telling me what significance the region had before I ordered. I thought maybe it meant the region from which my dvd would be sent.
I don't order from unknown companies, usually, so I am unfamiliar with products only being usable in certain regions.
I feel totally ripped off.
