General Comments

I would like to comment on Virgin active at Stockley Park.The only thing Virgin Active appears to be good at is taking my standing order,on time every single month.In return,I get a sauna that is often left dirty and smelling.A steam room that often doesnt work for weeks at a time.And a carpark where anybody from stockley park sticks their car.Which means theres often a fight for a parking space.In short Virgin active only cares about profit,not the customer.If I missed one payment my card would be invalid.Virgin active leaves a steam room out of service for a month ,no letters to explain why,no money back,no urgent attempt to rectify the problem,and it thinks that ok.Well its not.Go anywhere but Virgin active.Do not waste your time, frustrationOR MONEY in their gyms.
