Reading these reviews makes me wish I had done so before we bought our Bush TV. We have had the same problems as everyone else. The screen went black and the sound still worked when it was 13 months old. We paid £100 to have the power invertor replaced. It has now gone altogether and we can't switch the set on at all - 10 months after the last fault.
The only positive reading this tonight is that we will not bother paying to get it repaired as we will be throwing money down the drain.
Serves us right for buying a British brand and buying it from Argos who have been no help at all!
