General Comments

Hey. The Streamline.Net website is super fast while yours will be super slow. The amount of outages you get on on their mysql database hosts is just silly.
When you ask why? you get the most arrogant responses, asking you to switch database servers from say a mysql14 to a mysql15 but it's still the same.

I have been with the company for about 5 years and i must say the first and second year were great, but since then its really bad.

The proof of the pudding for me now is in the terms on conditions.. when choosing a web company also look at these because if a company says this:
All Fees for Services are payable in advance and are non-refundable;

That means if they don't deliver... you can't get your money back.. there's some good companies out there at the moment that have the opposite in their terms.. choose them.
Also if you do choose them they have an auto renewal policy.. which means they take the money from you account automatically and that's it.. you on for another 12 months... so if you were planning a switch to someone else they you are screwed because you cant get your money back and you have just pad for another 12 months hosting...

They are bad.. really bad
