Well.... they got us there and back is the best I can say!

General Comments

We will not be travelling with Eva Air again. We flew London/Bangkok and return on a 747, economy seating. The seats were the hardest we have ever sat on! The young man next to us folded his blanket and pillow and sat on them to get some relief. Food on the outward journey was disgusting, they ran out of chicken to the staff's annoyance - why everyone in England eat chicken she asked -only sausage left and that looked so awful we couldn't eat it.. On the return it was better but not good. Staff were not pleasant, when we asked for wine with our lunch they huffed and sighed and then went to get us a tiny amount each in the bottom of a glass.We then asked for a beer - sadly they had run out of beer " in THIS cabin" as a member of staff said!. They served us lunch not long after take off and then nothing more to eat for 8 hours.
