Good Points

Safe and on time flights
Reasonably good flight (economy) service


Bad Points

Outrageous and callous excess baggage charges for carrying charity clothing.
Final call boarding 1 hour before the flight in Doha?? That's a long time to sit in transfer buses..
Unworkable internet access in Doha airport


General Comments

I literally paid the price - SEK1000 or over USD130 - for my charitable efforts. Qatar Airways were laughing in my face. I was taking 10kg of childrens clothing for a Nepalese orphanage. I was charged for 4kg excess baggage. Imagine my suprise when I got on the 2/3s empty plane.

Poor show Qatar Airlines, well below BA, SAS, and so far off Singapore Airways..
