its easy to do and you see results fast


Bad Points

costly for your order but it works out fairy cheaply when you work it out that your only spending about £3 on the shake vs what ever the meal you have replaced it for would cost


General Comments

I have been using the herbalife products for four weeks and absolutely love them, within a week I had noticed a difference and had lost weight and inches which is great as it really gives you the drive that you need to keep it up and not give in (as I have done so many times before on other diets and healthy eating programs) I would seriously recommend herbalifes products to any one as they are easy to use and you really get results. My distributor is fantastic, he ' s so encouraging , supportive and enthusiastic which helps me a great deal. He is a qualified sports nutritionist so he really knows what he ' s talking about and he uses the products himself to maintain his own health and fitness levels and improve his work outs. I feel very lucky to have him as my distributor as I have a friend who used herbalife a couple of years ago and her distributor was very pushy and patronising. I don ' t attend any of the weight loss classes with herbalife, I just buy the products which is easier for me and my busy life style but there are groups that you can go to. But you don ' t have to, you can just buy the products online. Theres other products too for energy, muscle tension and even a skin care range (which I would also recommend as they are really good products, although a little pricy but as a beauty therapist I do think they work and I know what im talking about) you can see all of the available products by clicking on the link above. To conclude though I would (and have) recommend these products to any one. I feel so much better and lighter for using them and have so much more energy than I have ever had before!
