No customer service/ connection speed rubbish, and a lot more
General Comments
We have been with Tiscali for a while now, but recently the modem kept crashing and we had to unplug it and then replug it in, which was very annoying. We then decided to buy a ethernet modem, which is working, but it keeps on disabling itself, and I also have to reset the log as microsoft office outlook keeps on going funny and swiching it self off. We have just placed an order with BT and hopefully they will be better. Only use Tiscali if you don't want 24/7 customer service, a slow speed,and not using it allday and every day.
