Good Points

Still very good value for most products. They also send redeemable vouchers on a weekly basis.


Bad Points

Very slow dispatch times.


General Comments

When I first started ordering from CDWOW several years ago, I never had any problems. Good value products that were always promptly dispatched. But in the last year or so, I've noticed that their reliability has plummeted which is such a shame. I still order from them from time to time but only if it's not an item that I need urgently as their 5-7 day dispatch time is a joke - more like a month minimum. I now use www.play.com for more immediate purchases.
