Bad Points

not turning up to viewings. bad conduct of 'service'.


General Comments

had viewing booked last year with Stags Estate Agents, waiting 1/4 hour before calling, then they had completely forgotten/not registered the booking.
also bad customer dealings with attempted sale of house.
