Good Points

Good deals, fast delivery, free gift delivered with phone.


General Comments

Recently purchased an LG cookie from e2save. Not had the phone long but I'm not convinced it all works correctly. But as for the company, they delivered the free gift with the phone which was brilliant and delivered that the next working day through CityLink. The only problem with these for me was the fact that the credit check didn't go through because of a problem with contact details do I had to phone the customer services up. When I contacted them the problem was solved with the credit check but when finalising the deal they tried charging me a delivery charge for the free gift which I wouldn't of had to pay anyway if the purchase had gone through first time. I thought this was a cheap rip off tactic which someone may have ended up paying. I told the man to cancel the order once he said they were charging me but he couldn't anyway because he had already processed it! The charge was wavered but this spoilt it for me.
