Not "pushy". Written confirmation received via email in 30 minutes of booking. All the documents were sent via email too so no waiting for the post. They even booked our seats together on the aircraft which was a huge advantage as so many other families on he flight go separated.
Bad Points
None really, like I said they weren't the cheapest but they were the most helpful.
General Comments
We did the usual ring a round to get prices for our Florida trip and whilst Holiday Genie weren't the cheapest the way they helped us with our enquiry without "pushing a sale" impressed us and so we stuck with them. They didn't let us down either. We got exactly what we wanted and, having now returned from our trip, we would certainly recommend them and book with hem again.
