Good Points

The fact that Thomas Cook ended up operating our outbound flight.
Cabin crew were very good and friendly but not very visible.


Bad Points

Too many to mention but after all the mess they didn't even offer a free drink on the plane - but gave free meals to those who had not paid for them - so what about the ones that had?!! What a laugh. The pilot spoke before take and off and said he would come back to us inflight to give more info re: flight plan etc - never did. As it was a particularly turbulent flight this wasn't very kind of him at all.
Considering I paid more for the privilege to fly in the day time - I never did either way.


General Comments

6-20 May 2009 - East Mids - Dalaman
What a joke. I opted to pay £200 extra than the alternative evening flights to take advantage of the new day flight to Dalaman operated by Monarch. What a waste of money. Two weeks before departure we were informed our outbound flight had been cancelled and we were re-scheduled and lost 9 hours and then obviously had to fly at night - Thomas Cook operated our new flight - no probs. On return - well, 11 hour delay at Dalaman apparently due to a technical fault but interestingly, in the first 3 weeks of this flight operating there has been NO PLANE! Last week the outbound flight was operated by jet2.com and the poor people inbound on our homeward flight had to be bused to Manchester. It was a total and utter balls up resulting in may of loosing 20 hours of our life.
