Bad Points

bad service, bad shoes


General Comments

brought a pair of £50 sandals from clarks and it was everything opposite of what clarks preach for, comfort.
after the sandals giving me scratches and blisters and sore soles, i put the shoes away for a couple weeks, thinking after my blisters heal and the shoe "broken into", the shoes will be fine. but it did not and just gave more fresh blisters and pains.
after taking the shoes back to the store to get a return, the manager was rude and just left me sitting by myself without a word. making it seem like i was a crazy woman just because i was very unhappy with what i paid so much for. and justifying that it is OK for my feet to suffer for a long time so i can fit into the shoes.
