General Comments
We researched several companies for broadband connection before selecting TalkTalk as we feel that we have been strung along for far too long. We were told that we would have service on 7th May after waiting for a month initially. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Nobody seems to know what they are doing or how the company works. We were told we would receive a call from an engineer on several accounts and never received a call. We spent countless hours on hold and were continually deceived into thinking the line would be functioning the next day. Finally we looked at how much we would actually be saving with TalkTalk and it just isn't work the £4/mo.
