General Comments

These guys are as bad as the reviews say. My son ordered 3 items. One was a pair of shoes, and we come to find out later would not be available for months. So he changed to a different pair of shoes and was charged an additional $3.99. For 2 months the shoes were not shipped. When he emailed them to cancel the order he was told that their policy is to not charge a credit card until the item has shipped. We sent them another email detailing the entire charge and that it did indeed include the cost of the shoes that he never received. Then we received an email saying the order had been cancelled and that we would see a refund on our next credit card statement but that the $3.99 is charged by the manufacturer for a change. Then 2 days later we received another email saying that we've received a credit to be used on their website!!!! One phone call later they said, oh that's a formality and that we would get a credit on our charge card. That was almost 3 weeks ago, and still no refund on our credit card. So yet again, we will be sending an email and making a phone call.

Just don't order from these people. The customer service is HORRIBLE.
