Everything - they haven't responded to any emails and excuses each time I call.


General Comments

Rubbish company! I ordered my 'Brighter Image Tooth Whitening Gel' kit on a 30 day risk free trial - but after 4 weeks the kit still hasn't turned up.

I have called them a number of times, each time being given a different excuse such as delivery would go out 'next week', can't find the order, have to call back after 10pm to speak with the person who took the order... They have taken more money out of my credit card than was agreed. I have now blocked my card to stop them taking out any further amounts.
