I bought natural medium cool brown 117D Clairol Nice'n Easy after deciding to go from dark blonde back to as close to my original hair colour. It said to leave it on for a minimum 25 minutes up to 45 minutes for better grey coverage. I decided to leave on for 30 minutes and got the shock of my life when it turned out almost black! I washed and washed it hoping it would help to fade it but with no luck. A friend of mine used to be a hairdresser so she put some lighter brown highlights in it to tone it down. The colour on the box is nothing like what it came out like so I will definitely not be using it again.
