Good Points

None.


Bad Points

Staff training is none-existant in terms of aquatics.
Staff don't know the species of animals they stock (was told a Russian Hamster was a Syrian Hamster).
Inconsistant advice given to customers.
Staff have to be hunted down, never asking if they can help you if they see you in the shop.


General Comments

Pets at Home should cease trading as in my opinion their only concern is making money. I have been visiting my local one a few times a month when I have spare time to look at the fish they have and on a number of occasions I've heard poor advice being given to prospective customers, always dead fish in their tanks, mislabled fish and through the roof prices.
I may be taking the moral high ground, but I've ceased spending any money with them and rather spend my money with small, independant businesses that care about the animals they sell to their customers.
