Good Points

Looks easy to use.


Bad Points

Like other Banks, the call centres are polite but unable to resolve problems without bouncing you to other depts and queues. One day someone will come up with a call centre that can deal with all your problems.


General Comments

Applied for a Capital One card after my existing credit card with Natwest could not use the online facilities due to error on their side, which could only be resolved by going into a bank during the hours when I am normally working. Applied for a capital one card, but had to phone the dreaded call centre to activate it. They said that the details I had given did n't match their records, so have to wait 3 days until another department is open.
