General Comments

They sell you very poor or damaged products, impossible to get a refund. Extremely poorly run.
Bad service and products and absolute waste of money. No comparison what so ever to rivals.
If you are going to Homebase think again.
They sold me damaged products, tried to get my money back but in vain.
Be very careful with their dead plants, they might tell you that these are dormant, be sure once you have paid them your money there will be no return. Your money, time, and Nerves will go down the drain.
Not buying from them and avoiding them totally is the best advice . If the first person in their what is called customer service does not give you a heart attack the second or third in command will certainly do.
