RUDE INFLIGHT CREW. WORST SERVICE EVER.


General Comments

Worst experience with Emirates flying to India. Took the SFO-DXB-HYD Rroute with 2 kids - 5 yrs & 6 months. crew was RUDE on all legs. Was visibly irritated for any service request inclduing when asked for water for the baby's formula. I will never travel by this airline again.
The most annoying things was that the crew memberrefused to take my food tray on a number of occasional since I wasn't only their aisle of responsibility i.e I was sitiing on the left of the aricraft and if
I tried to hand tray back at collection time to the attendant of the right she would refuse to take it. This happened on a number of occasions. I had a screaming baby in the bassinet and they just woulnd't take my tray and let me get to my baby.

Our whole 'Emirates Experience started with them 'forgetting' to load one of our suitcases at SFO. It had all of the baby food and most of the baby gear. for a week we kept calling lost luggage at HYD and they finally found that our luggage was never loaded in HYD. We ended up having to buy brands of food that led to indigestion and other isuues for the baby.
