Unfortunately I didnt have a good experience and 'Always the Bridesmaid' were far from friendly when I made a complaint. Would you be happy at 5pm the night before your wedding still being in a shop unsure if you were even going to have a dress ready? Because that is what happened to me and it was ordered about 9 months before! I missed my wedding rehersal and the day was ruined as the dress looked a complete mess and I am a straight forward size 10-12. I am extremely bitter about the whole experience.
