General Comments

When I tried to order a Dr Who DVD using the Customer Service telephone number, in spite of them reading back my card details to me, they still tried to take the money from an older, no non-existant card.

They then got my order "stuck in the system", telling me how sorry they were and how unusual this occurance was promising to send it out that very day.

It is now nearly a month since I first placed my order and, surprise surprise, I am still waiting.

As this is the latest in a catalogue of errors by HMV, I will in future be taking my business to firms like Play, Amazon, etc., which, in my opinion, are far cheaper and actually care about their customers.
