General Comments

This is the biggest disappointment of my wedding planning thus far. I was very excited to find www.bestbridalprices.com which was recommended to me by a friend - South African who was allowed to order the dress. She had received good service and a wedding dress. I found my dream dress and asked whether they ship to South Africa amongst orther questions. Since the website states that they ship to other countries and my friend was successful I assumed it would be a smooth transaction. However I received this rude email:
"Hi
We do not accept orders from South Africa. If you have a friend that will pay and receive the dress that is not in south Africa, we can do that". This email made me feel like a second grade citizen. There are definitely better ways to break the disappointing news to a person whose heart is set on a specific dress. Maybe a sorry and an explanation. I was thoroughly depressed after receiving that email as I don't think I deserved this kind of treatment.
