General Comments

I booked a limo for a late night collection for my sister's 30th birthday. The limo never showed up and the contact number I was given rang unanswered.

I called Limo Broker on the following Monday and they "explained" the limo had been running an an hour and a half late, but the number they had given me belonged to a different driver who "must have switched his phone off".

Limo Broker stated they would refund my deposit immediately, however it is now over 2 months later and I still have not received my deposit - each time I call I am told they are very sorry and they will sort it out "with the accounts" department immediately.

I have tried to speak to a manager but am constantly told they are in meetings or not available and will ring me back. So far I have received not one call back at any point. Not refunding money for a service that was not provided.
