Handling, power, reliability, 4 cylinder gives smooth ride without vibration.
Bad Points
A sixth gear would be nice for highway cruising; seat-to-footrest distance is small yielding knee cramps (I'm 5'10"). Doesn't want to start below 35 degrees F. Never gets the envious looks that other classics get.
General Comments
The Yamaha FJ700X Maxim X 700 has nice handling, sporty cruiser, powerful, smooth, reliable even 24 years later.
