likable sales staff, who are in a dead end job, units are sourced from a well known manufacturer and cost 10 per cent of sales price. Take the plan and run,,
Bad Points
no relaible after sales service, 1 person does after care, ordering and trouble shooting, self employed sales staff, surveyors and fitters. No money back guarantee, No industry accreditation, hype nype hype.
General Comments
KBBC is a commission based company, very few employees, therefore there is no continity of service.
The salesmen are commission based, so they use every trick in the book to get your order, dont fall for it, as if you say no to there best offer you will be calles next day by a persuasive person who will give you some story about cancelled order units in just your range, or some other plausable reason to get you to part with your cash. Dont!!! the units supplied by Howdens are better quality and they also have many excellent fitters. AND no high pressure sales techniques
