General Comments
I booked my travel with European Destinations for a 2-week trip to Spain. paid for all the airfare and hotels. When we got to Spain, all the hotels that they booked for us was 1~2 hrs away from the main cities. we had to pay extra for transportation from the city center out to BFE to get to the hotel. Then we had to cut our trip short for 4 days and we had called in to get a refund, not only did they not issue us a refund, they never responded to our calls or returns our calls. Customer service is absolutely HORRID!!!! BEWARE!!!!
