I wish I can have something to put here. But sorry, I could not find any...
We all in not a good time of recession, but for excuses, pls find some better excuses, can it be?


Bad Points

I heard this Airline is very popular for Over booking, schedule change, excuses for this and that.


General Comments

This is something that I never seen:
I booked a roundtrip Calgary to Vegas with Air Canada. It was onsale, yes, good deal. Here's the problem:
1. I booked for direct flights (which made the deal was a good deal) but then at last minutes, it became connecting flight - So is that a good deal anymore ???
2. Got back to Calgary, we see our AeroPlan was credit so little point for that roundtrip ??? - I asked, the answer was: BECAUSE THAT WAS A VERY CHEAP DEAL, SO POINT EARN IS ONLY 25% OF NORMOAL ??? AHAHAHA
Excuse me, my flight was from direct to connect without notice - Do you still consider it was a good deal???

How can you claim both:
- A very good deal, so point rewarded only 25% regular ?
-If it was a good deal, why flight keep being overbooked, changing direct to connected?

I hope this is not meaning that got lied and cheated? - But it is.
Well, have to say thank to them for the excuses they gave that made me laugh so hard.

Thanks Air Canada for your silly Excuses for your poor services and unfair deals.
Deffinitely, I would not dare to recommend my friend about this Air Line. Just me could be more than enough.
